Dust Explosion Risk Assessment for Dry Dust Collector Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Dry dust collectors are a typical and gas coexistence space. Dust explosion risk assessments should be performed for effective prevention control of accidents. In this paper, assessment index system removal systems was constructed following the characteristics actual operation dry collector. The proposed consisted three first-level indexes (dust characteristic parameters, environmental parameters in collector box, use state device) seven second-level sensitivity, severity, temperature pressure difference between inlet outlet, operating spark detection, venting disc, lock ash discharge valve). analytic hierarchy process adapted to calculate weight each index. Additionally, model using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method form set methods suitable collectors. assessed at level II through paper powder with particle size 75 μm, which means is reliable.
